Priya Sharma's journey began 10 years ago with just a small food cart near Charminar. With her grandmother's secret biryani recipe and a passion for authentic Hyderabadi cuisine, she started serving what would soon become the most talked-about biryani in the area.

Despite facing numerous challenges as a woman entrepreneur in the food industry, Priya persevered. Her first major breakthrough came when a food blogger discovered her cart and wrote a rave review that went viral locally.

With her savings and a small loan from family, she opened her first small restaurant in 2016. The restaurant's success led to rapid expansion, and today, Biryani Box has five locations across Hyderabad, employing over 50 people.

Priya's story is one of determination, preserving cultural heritage through food, and proving that with the right recipe—both in the kitchen and in business—success is possible regardless of where you start.
